Education: Cohorts
To help compare the performance of UIUC in certain categories, two institutional cohorts were computed. More information may be found below:
- Cohort by Size. A cohort, computed per year, of the institutions which were in the top quartile in the US in terms of total degrees awarded that year.
- Carnegie Cohort. A cohort that contains all institutions with the same Carnegie Classification as UIUC.
